The occupancy of the building

We support owners and tenants throughout the life of the rental contract: drafting leases (residential, professional, commercial, derogatory), management of enforcement disputes (unpaid, breach of the destination clause, unauthorized work, unauthorised work, disturbances of enjoyment, disturbances of enjoyment, obligation to deliver, decent housing), fixing or reviewing the rent for commercial or residential leases, collective procedures and exit from the lease (holidays, eviction compensation, etc.) rental repairs).

The condominium building

We intervene in the negotiation of the terms and conditions suspensive to these transactions, as well as those for the sale of the building, and support our clients in disputes related to sales: right of withdrawal, immobilization benefits, forced sales, forced sales, consent defects or hidden defects.
