BONNIER SAINT-FÉLIX was founded in 2017 at the initiative of Antoine Bonnier & Julien Saint-Félix, with the shared ambition of building a law firm focused on creation, whether artistic, technological, or entrepreneurial, and whether already established or still evolving.
Since its founding, BONNIER SAINT-FÉLIX has supported entrepreneurs, creators, and innovators across various areas of business law, intellectual property, corporate law, and new information technologies, helping them structure, negotiate, and defend their activities and assets, both in advice and in litigation.
BONNIER SAINT-FÉLIX brought in new associates to strengthen its various departments, notably with the arrival of Marie Auger, a lawyer specializing in intellectual property, particularly industrial property.
As it continues to grow, the IP/IT department is strengthening its expertise in literary and artistic property law with the arrival of Eloïse Amillet as an associate lawyer.
In 2023, Antoine Bonnier & Julien Saint-Félix invited Alexia Boursier to join the firm in order to create an employment law and social compliance department, with recognized expertise in restructuring, preventing and managing psychosocial risks.
BONNIER SAINT-FÉLIX also entered into a partnership with Céline Boyer, a notary, and developed a new strategic expertise in wealth planning and asset management.
In 2024, BONNIER SAINT-FÉLIX expanded its practice to real estate law by welcoming a specialist in the field, Anne Bourgeonneau, as a partner.
The corportate department, headed by Julien Saint-Félix, continued to expand and develop its areas of expertise, particularly with the arrival of Léopoldine Coullet, who has recognized experience in corporate taxation.
The team kept growing, but the office space did not… so we had to move! A new start began at 10 rue de Châteaudun, in offices designed to grow with us.
Driven by the ambition to support its clients beyond the law, BONNIER SAINT-FÉLIX created two dedicated groups: Bo&cie Executive and Bo&cie Investigative.
Bo&cie Executive, in collaboration with BRIDGE, is directed by Céline Boyer.
Bo&cie Investigative, is driven and directed by Alexia Boursier.
BONNIER SAINT-FÉLIX continues to develop and integrate new collaborators, including Rafaël Schneider, who strengthens the real estate law division headed by Anne Bourgeonneau and Laurianne Lugrin, who joined the employment law department.
BONNIER SAINT-FÉLIX has drawn many lessons from these years spent alongside its clients. A lawyer is no longer just an advisor, defender, and partner; they are also an investigator and a mediator. Legal action now takes various forms. Based on this conviction, BONNIER SAINT-FÉLIX has transformed itself to elevate the practice of law to an art.
