We represent companies acting as civil parties and victims of criminal offences such as theft or handling stolen goods, breach of trust, fraud, and fraudulent insolvency schemes, among others, in order to obtain compensation for their losses, including through enforcement proceedings where necessary via civil enforcement mechanisms.

Offences Against the Nation or National Defence Secrets

Beyond our traditional business criminal law practice, we act in cases involving alleged offences relating to breaches of national defence secrecy or attacks on the fundamental interests of the nation.

Employment-Related Offences and Undeclared Work

We defend our clients in proceedings relating to undeclared employment, moral or sexual harassment, obstruction of employee representation, breaches of health and safety regulations, and violations of labour law in a criminal context.
