Bo&cie Executive, is a unit created by BONNIER SAINT-FELIX, in collaboration with the notarial firm BRIDGE, designed to support executive directors and/or employees, entrepreneurs, self-employed professionals, and shareholder families, in defending their own interests, beyond those of their company.

Bo&cie Executive was established from our commitment to offering executives tailored, multidisciplinary support by combining the perspectives of both lawyers and notaries, at every stage of the executive’s career: company formation, remuneration, termination of duties, directors’ liability, wealth engineering and succession planning, within a secure and optimised legal, social, and tax framework.
