Bo&cie Manager, It is the cell imagined by BONNIER SAINT-FELIX, in collaboration with the notary office BRIDGE to support executive directors and/or employees, entrepreneurs, liberal professions and shareholder families, in defending their own interests, beyond those of their company.

Bo&cie Leader was born from our desire to offer managers tailor-made multidisciplinary support, by combining our views as lawyers and notaries, at each stage of the manager's career: creation of a structure, remuneration, cessation of functions, manager responsibility, manager responsibility, asset engineering and transfer, in a secure and optimized legal, social and fiscal framework.
