Called to the Bar in 2012, he began his career at a leading Anglo-Saxon law firm, where he developed advanced expertise in advising listed companies. He then broadened his practice by joining a mid-sized business law firm, gaining strong experience in entrepreneurship, litigation, and business criminal law.
He subsequently practised independently for several years before co-founding the business law firm BONNIER SAINT-FÉLIX, where he now advises entrepreneurs and investors from a wide range of backgrounds with a close and hands-on approach.
He focuses in particular on advising innovative companies on growth transactions (fundraisings, acquisitions and disposals, group restructurings, etc.), as well as on civil and commercial litigation and business criminal law.
Determined and bold, he defends with passion the interests of those who place their trust in him, both in advisory work and in litigation. A committed lawyer, he is also a former President and board member of JURIS SECOURS, a Paris Bar association that has been working for over 20 years to promote access to justice for the most vulnerable.
