Holds a Master 2 in Corporate Law and Management (Ingénierie des Sociétés), as well as the DJCE from the Institut de Droit des Affaires (IDA) in Aix-en-Provence, Clémence Baron has oriented her career towards corporate and business law, with a particular focus on the operational challenges faced by companies.
During her training, Clémence gained diverse practical experience, notably through a work-study programme in a company, where she was involved in day-to-day corporate legal matters, as well as within the Corporate M&A department of an Anglo-Saxon law firm in Paris.
Clémence joined BONNIER SAINT-FÉLIX in January 2026, with the ambition of being called to the Bar shortly and the desire to develop a pragmatic and cross-disciplinary practice in corporate law.
