After spending two years at the employment law firm Capstan Avocats, Laurianne LUGRIN joined BONNIER SAINT-FÉLIX in 2025 as an associate within the employment law department.
Her career has given her a practical understanding of HR and legal issues within companies, having worked as a legal counsel within the Human Resources Department of the international pharmaceutical group IBSA France, and later within the legal department of L’Oréal.
Laurianne brings her expertise to our corporate, creative and executive clients, advising and representing them in both advisory and litigation matters in the day-to-day management of individual and collective employment relationships.
She also works as a trainer and investigator within the BO&Cie Investigations unit.
