After studying law in Paris II, Rafaël Schneider, who joined Professor GHESTIN's DEA in Obligation Law at Paris I, turned away from the judicial world for a while to work first in audiovisual and then in entrepreneurship.
Building on these experiences, twenty years later, he successfully returned to law by being distinguished among the first 50 EFB laureates to obtain the CAPA in 2015.
He then joined the ATTIQUE AVOCATS law firm where, taking over from Anne BOURGEONNEAU, he was trained by Olivier BEJAT. He worked there for 10 years, working on behalf of major players in the real estate sector (developers, SCPIs, etc.).
With a solid experience in private real estate law and with a particular interest in bond law, he works in various areas, in particular sales law, leases, civil liability and construction law.
